Wizards Sign Donell Taylor and Hiram Fuller

The Washington Wizards Ernie Grunfeld (President of Basketball Operations) announced that the team has signed Hiram Fuller (forward) and Donell Taylor (guard).
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We enjoyed both Donell’s and Hiram’s performances during Summer League games,” Grunfeld said. “We have watched both of these guys develop as players, and we’re real pleased to add them to our teams roster.”
Fuller, a 6ft 9inch forward out of Fresno State, who averaged 7.0 pts and a team high 7.2 rebounds per game for the Washington Wizards during the 2005 Reebok Vegas Summer League. A 2004-05 All NBDL 1rst Team selection, Hiram saw 4 games of NBA action with the Atlanta Hawks in 2003-04.
Donell Taylor, the undrafted rookie free agent, who led the Wizards in scoring during his Summer League play with 13.6 pts per game. Taylor had played collegiately at UAB, where he earned 2nd team All Conference USA honors after averaging a team best 15.5 pts per game in his senior year. In his junior year, Donell and his twin brother, Ronell, led the Blazers all the way to the 2004 NCAA Tournament and a 2nd round upset over the Kentucky Wildcats.
