The Utah Jazz continue their pursuit of free agents this week, in the meantime, they're finishing up some of thier paperwork on their new draft picks.

The Jazz announced the signing of Robert Whaley, their 6ft 10inch, 2nd round (51st overall) draft pick.

The terms of the contract were not released.

"I was expecting to sign, but I'm so glad to finaly get it out of the way," said Robert.
Whaley averaged 7.7 pts and 5.2 rebounds in 20.5 minutes during the Rocky Mountain Revue."People said I played well, but I thought I could have done much better," Whaley said.

Robert was drafted out of Walsh University, He was named the NAIA Division II Player of the Year, with a average of 19.9 pts and 7.5 rebounds.
